Step 1: Sign up for WelcomeScreen account, If you have already registered, follow the next step mentioned.
Step 2: After signing up, you will be asked to Add your properties. You will have two options. One as “Link with your PMS” and the other one as “Add properties manually”. Click on “Link with your PMS”
Step 3: Now, log in to your OwnerRez account in a new tab.
Step 4: Update settings in your OwnerRez account
Step 5: After saving it, return to WelcomeScreen, select OwnerRez from the PMS dropdown, and click Continue.
Step 6: After successfully logging in, you’ll be prompted to authorize WelcomeScreen to connect with your OwnerRez account.
Step 7: Simply click on the Authorize WelcomeScreen button.
This action grants the WelcomeScreen app access to your OwnerRez account so that the two systems can sync with one another.
Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected to the WelcomeScreen app, where you can efficiently manage your properties through OwnerRez PMS.
