Connect WelcomeScreen with Hostex

Connecting your WelcomeScreen account to Hostex is quick and easy, allowing you to manage your properties seamlessly. Just follow these steps to sync your systems and streamline your operations:

Step 1: Sign up for WelcomeScreen account, If you have already registered, log in to your account.

Step 2: After signing up/ logging in, you will be asked to Add your properties. You will have two options. One as “Link with your PMS” and the other one as “Add properties manually”. Select “Link with your PMS”

Step 3:  Now, log in to your Hostex account in a new tab.

Step 4: Go to Workplace, Scroll down to the Open API section and then click on API.

Step 5: Click on ‘+ Add new’. Name your token and Click on ‘Create’. 

Step 6: Copy the ‘Access token’ to your clipboard.

Step 7: Return to WelcomeScreen, select hostex from the PMS dropdown, and click Continue.

Step 8: Paste the Access token on “Enter API Key" and click Connect to complete the connection.

Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected to the WelcomeScreen app, where you can efficiently manage your properties through Hostex PMS.
