Connecting your WelcomeScreen account to Hospitable is quick and easy, allowing you to manage your properties seamlessly. Just follow these steps to sync your systems and streamline your operations:
Step 1: Sign up for WelcomeScreen account, If you have already registered, follow the next step mentioned.
Step 2: After signing up, you will be asked to Add your properties. You will have two options. One as “Link with your PMS” and the other one as “Add properties manually”. Click on “Link with your PMS”
Step 3: Now, log in to your Hospitable account in a new tab.
Step 4: Go to Settings, select Apps, and then click API access.
Step 5: Name the access token: Choose a relevant name for the token.
Step 6: Choose both ‘Read and Write’ permissions for the token.
Step 7: For security reasons, you’ll need to enter your account’s password to proceed.
Step 8: Once the security check is complete, copy the token.
Step 9: Return to WelcomeScreen, select Hospitable from the PMS dropdown, and click Continue.
Step 10: Paste the Access Token and click Connect to complete the connection.
Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected to the WelcomeScreen app, where you can efficiently manage your properties through Hospitable PMS.
