Connect WelcomeScreen with Hostfully

Connecting your WelcomeScreen account to Hostfully is quick and easy, allowing you to manage your properties seamlessly. Just follow these steps to sync your systems and streamline your operations:

Step 1: Sign up for WelcomeScreen account, If you have already registered, log in to your account.

Step 2: After signing up/ logging in, you will be asked to Add your properties. You will have two options. One as “Link with your PMS” and the other one as “Add properties manually”. Select “Link with your PMS”

Step 3:  Now, log in to your Hostfully account in a new tab.

Step 4: Go to Agency Settings, scroll down and go to the API section.

Step 5: Click on API key and generate the API Key. 

Step 6: Copy the ‘API Key’ to your clipboard.

Step 7: Return to WelcomeScreen, select hostfully from the PMS dropdown, and click Continue.

Step 8: Paste the API Key on “Enter API Key" and click Connect to complete the connection.

Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected to the WelcomeScreen app, where you can efficiently manage your properties through hostfully PMS.
